I found the NV 65 results interesting in that the test showed significantly less carry for this shaft than any other. But the tendency was the same: Wouldn’t it make sense to use the BB 63? Great link — interesting results, but they don’t fit with what I’ve personally experienced for what it’s worth. So, all those who say it is better to err on the softer side, are certainly right.

If the results are to be trusted though, it really seems as if I’d be better off with a regular shaft which surprises me.

And how can it be higher than 1. These tests are nice, but with little different results.

Dividing the clubhead speed by the ball speed, the result for both Pro Launch Blue shafts that were tested is higher than 1.
